This is expert, personalized skincare. Plus, we bring the spa experience to you! Our mobile services are available within a 50 km radius of Edmonton, allowing you to enjoy expert skincare treatments in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Your first session will begin with a detailed consultation to understand your skin type, concerns, and lifestyle. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment and home care plan. Expect a calm, non-judgmental space and gentle, effective skincare.
Yes! We specialize in sensitive, acne-prone, and barrier-damaged skin. Treatments are gentle, restorative, and designed to support healing over time - not strip or irritate the skin further. If you have an active breakout covering more than 30% of your face, we recommend reaching out for a video/in-person consult before making an appointment.
You can book directly through our online booking link. If you're not sure which facial to choose, we recommend booking the First Time Facial or reaching out to us via Instagram or Phone.
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling an appointment after the 48 hour notice will lead to a forfeit of your 30$ deposit. Cancellations are not permitted at this time. If you cancel, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and booking another appointment will require a new deposit.
We are located in Keswick, Windermere, Edmonton. The full address and directions will be shared in your booking confirmation email after the receipt of the deposit for privacy and security.
Come with clean skin if possible without make-up and avoid exfoliating or using active ingredients (like retinol, acids, AHAs or BHAs) 48 hours prior. If you're unsure, we’ll discuss this during intake. It’s best to let your skin breathe and absorb the benefits of the treatment. Avoid makeup and heavy products for 24-48 hours hours after your session.
Skincare education is a big part of our philosophy. After your facial, we’ll guide you on how to build or adjust your home routine with accessible, effective products. We are not affiliated to any product line, so you can be assured there is no pressure to buy any products. Skin Zen is inclusive and experienced in treating all skin tones, types, and genders with a deep understanding of individual skin concerns.
We offer birthday month promotions, stamp card (loyalty) discounts, bundle of 3 and 6 treatments and a monthly subscription for treatment billed on an annual basis.
