Refund & Cancellation Policy

All skin treatments require a 30$ non-refundable deposit to secure your appointments (Facial Model appointments included). The deposit is non-transferable and can’t be transferred for a different service on a different date/time/person than original.

Your booking is confirmed after the receipt of the deposit and the deposit will act as a means of confirmation of date & time.

Please be advised if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment slot, your booking will be cancelled & the deposit will not refunded. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.

To make any changes to your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Failure to notify of changes automatically forfeits your deposit & a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
